So Real Medical Clinic ("the clinic") respects your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use and look after the information you give us through this website, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you send a booking request through this website, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, LINE ID (optional), the service you are interested in, your preferred date and time, and any note you add.
Why we use it
We use this information only to contact you, confirm and manage your appointment. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before sending the form.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Booking details are saved in the clinic's own systems (Google Sheet and clinic email) and sent as a notification to the clinic team's LINE group. Only staff who handle appointments can access them.
How long we keep it
We keep booking data only as long as needed to provide the service and follow up on appointments, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, copy, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting the clinic using the details below.
Cookies
This website uses cookies needed for it to work, and Google Analytics (a Google service) to see overall usage, such as visitor numbers, which pages are read and taps on the call or LINE buttons, without identifying you. Google Analytics cookies (names starting with _ga) are only set after you tap "Accept" on the cookie bar. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
